Todd Kirks Favorite Things:
I love spending time with my family as well as thinking about and studying the world. Metaphysics is my favorite topic. However, my formal education is in Higher Education, Psychology, and Religion. I have degrees from Texas Christian University, Texas Tech University, Abilene Christian University, and the Independent Catholic Union. I am the faculty sponsor of the Phi Rho Tau Philosophical Honors Society and the Psi Beta Psychological Honors Society. I earn my living as a Psychology Professor. I love old (pre - 1980) VW's and own a few (plus lots of parts). My favorite is my 1967 VW named "Chitty." (see "Volkswagens" page). I am also the founder of the Navarro County Rear-Engined VW club. I am guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for the indie band "Possibly Speechless." We are not good, but we are creative and write our own material. Our next CD, (our 2nd) "Retro" is due out Summer 2009. There is a link to some soundfiles of what we are currently working on on the first page <------- Still reading? Ethnically I am a Scottish-American, but also have significant amount of "Indian" blood. One of my great grandmothers was a member of the Choctaw Tribe in Oklahoma, and 2 other great grandmothers were at least 1/4 Cherokee. My Jungian Personality Traits I am a hard core INTJ personality. This means that I tend to be an introvert, like to make up my own rules (or experiment with different rule systems), prefer to think logically, and like to be punctual.
